In addition, not all Courts are the same. In some jurisdictions (NY City, Suffolk County, Buffalo and Rochester Traffic Violations Bureaus) there is no pleading to a lesser offense - you are either guilty or not guilty. Other Courts allow for dispositions that will lessen the impact on your driving record and insurance premiums. Our attorneys are familiar with the policies of each court, and can explain your options and advise you on the best courses of action.

Finally, not only can our attorneys possibly save you from points and increased insurance premiums, but we can also save you time by appearing in your stead. Most Courts do not require the individual defendant’s appearance if they are represented by counsel.
